Who We Are
Our organization was founded by local healthcare providers who see the growing need for accessible care for patients seeking treatment for PrEP, Hepatitis C, and HIV. Meet our experienced and caring team of medical professionals, including our clinical staff, support staff, and Board of Directors.

COVID Vaccine
In our on-going efforts to keep our community safe, Orange Blossom Family Health provides COVID-19 vaccines, boosters and testing to our current patients and the community. Walk-ups are accepted with no appointments required.
Testing is available at our Main location, 232 N Orange Blossom Trail, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:00pm.

Please note that these are minimum charges only and amounts will vary based on the service or services provided.
The cost of our services is determined by a sliding fee scale based on total household income, the number of persons living at your residence, and in accordance with the current Federal Poverty Guidelines.
